Dr. Bahadur Sk joins the Department of Chemistry as Assistant Professor and establishes AURA Lab (Advanced Unimolecular Radiative Afterglow), beginning recruitment for PhD and project students.

Synchronizing the nπ* Transition Dipole in a Benzoyl-Linked N-Fused Ring for Highly Efficient Yellow Afterglow appears in J. Phys. Chem. Lett. — first authorship from the AURA Lab principal investigator.

Adv. Mater. publication on through-bond interactions

Collaborative work on selective lower-occupied through-bond interactions for efficient organic phosphorescence enabling high-resolution long-wavelength afterglow is published in Advanced Materials.

J. Mater. Chem. C study on TADF emitter optimisation

New paper on donor linkage and acceptor nitrogen-atom position optimisation in TADF emitters, improving external quantum efficiency and efficiency roll-off in OLEDs.

Return to India as Research Associate at IACS

Began a Research Associate position at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (Kolkata), working on computational materials design for organic semiconductor devices.

Selected as a UEC Postdoc fellow at the University of Electro-Communications (Tokyo), continuing research on organic afterglow materials, devices, and high-resolution afterglow imaging.

Completed PhD on multichromophoric organic systems, solid-state emission, and long-lived emissive materials at IISER Bhopal.
